As we should give physical education to all the students of the school all over the world. To be healthy and keep fit our body need regular exercise. To keep ourselves fit we should be serious about our health. We need physical education as well as other education. People are more concious about physical education. They are participating in many types of programs related to the physical education. Many machines, equipments and means of transportation are demanding by the people for comfort and to complete the work in determined time. This leads to low rate physical exercise. of our body.

Nowadays, we don't need to walk, need not our body exercise in work many scientific equipments have developed and instead of our body these machines and robort are doing the work. So, we need not do our physical work. This is not need more physical exercise. So, to keep ourselves healthy , we need physical education. There are many institutions have established for exercise and to make fit.

Even we also can do physical exercise by staying in home. For the physical education, at first w have to avoid the robort and means of transportation. We should go by foot. Walking is one of the good exercise to keep our body health. In the same way , in physical education, walking, running, jumping, playing, working makes our body healthy . Skipping also helps to keep our muscles strength and strong. By doing such exercise our muscles become strong.

In the other hand we also can do yoga in physical education. It doesn't keep our body physically healthy but also keep mentally healthy.There are different positions of doing Yoga. Some of them are Anulomvilom, Bhakstrika, Kapalbhati and others. These types of exercises also wipe out many diseases and keep our body physically and mentally healthy.
