Education of Tuberculosis in Nepal

Dear friends, we have seen many changes in the world. According to the development of the scientific adventures and research, people are able to look, use and study them. In the other hand of the health sector, many diseases are also appear. The nature of the earth is being disappear and the environment and whether are changing rapidly. The cause may be the global warming. Many diseases such flues, diarrhoea, and other communicable and non-communicable diseases are appeared.

Here, I and just telling you something abut some communicable disease. We have already known that the communicable diseases transmit from on e person to another person by the means of respiration, cough, sneezing through air.

There are some name of the disease communicable diseases which are explained below:-

1. Tuberculosis :- Tuberculosis is one of the most communicable disease among other diseases. We also can many people suffering from tuberculosis around us. In the context of Nepal, half of the total population is suffering from tuberculosis. According to WHO, in Nepal there are 67 thousand 5 hundred and 47 patients suffering form Tuberculosis. In every second, one new patient appear. This is very dangerous for us so should be careful and should pay total attention on our health. Friends, it is already known that tuberculosis is on e of the most communicable disease which is transmitted from the air exhaled by the patient due to respiration, cough , sneezing. And the air with virus exhaled by the patient mix in the environment and if the healthy patient inhaled the air then the virus go with air in the healthy person. In this way this disease transmitted from one person to another person very fast. It is transmitted as cold disease. So, such virus affect healthy person and new patient appears.
   

Well, there are some systems in this disease. They are as follows:-

• Regular cough for two weeks or more than two weeks .
• If there is fever especially in evening and night time.
• Loss of the appetite.
• Loss of the weight.
• Pain in the chest.
  

The above points are the main symptoms of tuberculosis . If above symptoms are seen we should immediately contact to the doctors and should take remedial procedures. It is already known that tuberculosis is the most communicable disease so all the people of the world should have education about this disease. Even in the course books also, there should also contain about the tuberculosis . So that we can wipe out this disease. Each and every person of the world should have provided the proper health education.

As the test of tuberculosis in every hospitals and dots center are available free of the cost. If there is any symptoms appear we should proceed for the test but not hesitating. We also should not avoid the patient suffering from the tuberculosis.We should show them love and sympathy on them. This encourage them to fight with the diseases.

Required Test:

When above mentioned symptoms are appared th patients should have some test. It is required the test to confirm the tuberculosis . For this the sputum for three days should test. IN sputuml AFB is searched and alos search bacterial growth o significance in culture. And also Grams Stain si studied. In the next step, there is moune test. In the next stp , blood is tested. IN this step , Haemoglobin, WBC, ESR, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, MOnocytes and Eosinoophils is tested. In the last step M tuberculosis IgM ELISA and Mtiberculosis IgG ELISA is tested. The X-Ray of chest also should done from above test if there is positive result in any one test then the patient have the bacteria of tuberculosis.

Remedial Method:

If there is positive result in above test. The patient should proceed in above test. The patient should proceed for treatment. As the process of treatment not so easy and short. The patient should the medicine from six months to one year. It should also keep in mind that the patient should not miss any dose of the medicine . If it's missed The medicine doesn't work. It is the long process of the treatment so it's also impossible to take medicine to the patient from lower class who can not afford for medicine. So, the government has already provided the medicine free of cost at DOTS Clinic in any hospitals and health post in all over the world. Patient near to their residence, they can get medicine from heath post and hospitals . The medicine of tuberculosis is available in free of cost in any hospitals. If the paitent takes the regular medicine he can be recovered.

Hence, the patient of tuberculosis should not fear. It can also be recovered if regular medicine is taken . Everybody in the world should have education about the disease tuberculosis. And also shuld have education about the mentods of treatment. So, by using DOTS, we should stop tuberculosis from the tip of the root and lets make the world free of tuberculosis. Be healthy and live healthy.

Education in Hygenic Care

Dear friends, we all know that health is wealth. So to be healthy we have to be scincere in our health . We should not avoid any hygienic method as it is for our good health . We should not keep healthy ourselves only, we also keep healthy others too. Hence, to give service to the sick as well as person for the treatment and prevention of the disease and the promotion of the health status is Nursing.

There are many qualities that should have with the person who is doing nursing care. Some of the qualities are as follows:-

1. The persons caring to patient should honest.
2. He / She must be friendly and helpful so that the patient can feel easy to co-operate.
3. They should have creative mind to co-operate with the patient.
4. Well balance is another quality of the care person.
5. He should be healthy to care the patient.
6. He should be courageous.
7. He also should have good personality.

There are also some needs of the patients. They are as follows:-

1. There should have care of the environment.
2. Nutritional need is another need of the patients.
3. Elimination is also another need of the patients.
4. The patient need frequient rest and sleep.
5. Safty is also need for the patient.
6. Love and belongingness is also need for the patient.
7. Self Esteem is also need for the patient.
   

For the proper hygiene there are some tips to maintain hygiene and to provide education about the hygiene and health. To maintain hygiene we have to follow some steps to maintain hygiene in our home and hospital. The first place in which to maintain hygiene is the bed. We have to make our bed properly so that there should be hygiene. There are two types of the bed making. They are Occupied bed making and Unoccupied bed making. The description of the bed making are as follows:-

Unoccupied bed making:-
Well fiends, unoccupied bed making is the process of bed making to receive the patient. Articles required for unoccupied bed making:

• Bed sheet-2
• Blanket -1
• Rubber Sheet-1
• Draw Sheet-1
  
• Pillow with pillow case
• 1% Savlon Solution
  
• Sponge Towel
  
• Bottom Sheet
• Top Sheet

The procedure of the bed making is given below:

1. Place all the articles in convenient place.
2. Place the mattress straight on the bed.
3. Clean th bed throughly with th e1% savlon solution.
4. Place the bottom sheet on the mattress evenly.
5. Tuck the sheet under the head site make half square corner and tuck the sheet alone the side.
6. Place the rubber sheet accross the center of the bed and tuck it.
7. Place the draw sheet above the rubber sheet and ruck it well.
8. Place the top sheet with smooth side down in th head of mattress.
9. Bring remainder of the sheet down to the foot end and tuck under the mattress make half square corner and tuck it along the side.
10. Put blanket on the top of the sheet and fold the top part of the sheet over the top of the blanket.
11. Place pillow at the head of the bed with its opening oppsite to the door.

Problems in creation of Strike in Education in Nepal

Friends, we know that problems never end, if one problem is solved other appears. Similarly, strike in education is also becoming serious problem in education The government becoming weak day by day. The staffs and employees are doing the jobs only to fulfill their personal needs., They are avoiding the needs and desire of the students of the nation. Government is applying many difficult rules and regulation in the education. They are applying many new rules which may not be acceptable by the students.

Unfortunately, students also never keep quite. They denied for the rules which are applied by the government . In the result students announce strike in education for unlimited days . This directly affect the students., There are many reasons, so that students are forced to proceed in such steps. There are many reasons to announce the strike in education by the students and teachers. Some for the reasons are as follows:-

• Increment of Fees in Private Schools.
• Increment of Fees in Universities.
• Delay in Appointment for Permanent Post of the teachers in the Government Schools and Universities.
• Demand of the Increment in the Salary by the Teachers.
  

Students don't only announce the strikes in education even teachers too announce many strikes in education. If rules against the teachers made by the government, the announce strike for unlimited days which is no good in education. The education system must be fair then only the detemined objective can be achieved in predetermined time . In our locality, we lso can see many obstacles and problems .

The increment in fees in the schools and Universities directly affect to the parents. All the people are not rich. As this problem in education sector is fresh news and problem nowadays. So the govenment also should make such rules and regulations by considering all related groups of the people in the nation which should be acceptable by all responsible parties. Such strike are directly affect to the students. The mind may disturb by such disturbance. The students can not concerntrate their mind in study. They may have fear at any time. And also the students may not secure at school and colleges.

At the time of the strike anything may happen that's why the government should think about it. The future of the students is not secure and students are not getting proper environment system for study. Because of the demand of the different educational department they announce so much strike and it creates many problems in schools and colleges. Strike in Education is being big issue for the students . Many more students are unable to study at schools and colleges because of such problems in the country.

This is the duty of the government that the problem should be solved at any cost. The government should be ready to have meeting with parties announced the strikes. And also should listen to them and their demand . The decision should be taken in such a way that the future of the students may not spoilt and there also may not affect the students in study. The rules and regulation should made in such a way that any parties need not announce the strike at any place not only in educational sector at any public places.

Limitation of quality institutions in Education

Hello friends , today I'm telling you the problems in the educational sector. We all are facing many problems day by day. Each and every person want to get education and for this educational institutions play an important role to provide education. It is the duty of such institutions to provide the proper and quality education to the student. The institutions should be established with the service oriented but not business oriented. Unluckily, we can find only few such service oriented institutions which is doing their duty in proper and systematic way.

Yeah friends, what to do. There are so more educational institutions around us even we can't remember their names But the education system in these institutions are not good. Such institutions are doing their jobs only for the business point of view to earn money. Why they don't understand that money is not everything. So, lack of educational institutions in the education directly affect the students who desire for higher education.

It is true that if there is quality education in our own country students don't need to proceed for abroad study. But unfortunately students are attracted by the abroad study its all because of the lack of educational institution in our own country. For the best result of the student in the exams it's necessary to play the best role. All the teachers , tutors and professors should do their job innocently and honestly. Then only the students can acheive the goal they want ot desire . Otherwise, the poroblems never ends.

Hence, friends it also becomes the duty of the administration department of the nation to control in the establishment of the educational institutions and appoint only qualified teachers for the best result in future.

Lack of rules and regulations in Education system

In every sector there must be rules and regulation for the long term existence. It is also necessary to have rules and regulations in education system. The lack of rules and regulations is another problem in education. We know, in every sector, there must be proper rules and regulations. Which promotes the organization and also perform its performances on predetermined time. In education, the government already made the rules and regulation.

But in the context of Nepal, we can not find proper rules and regulations. The rules made by the government should be proper on the behalf of the students, teachers parents and other responsible parties. But in Nepal, the government is changing many rules and regulations in short period of time. This is also another cause which directly affect the students and other parties. Even the rules made is not properly formulated in practical way.

For proper education system proper rules made should apply in practical way too. By applying and using practically the rules in the education system then only the defined objective can be achieved.
